About Me

After eight years of working in the army I decided to pursue my passion in health and fitness and nutrition. I took the plunge, left the army and studied to become a personal trainer so I can use my knowledge and enthusiasm to achieve their goals.

I practise what I preach by not only participating daily in exercising using a combination of aerobic, resistance and core stability training but main sporting passion lie however in boxing and mixed martial arts which I have taken part in since I was a teenager and am now an instructor at a local club.

My wealth of experience from the army combined with my qualifications in personal training, massage and nutrition, means that I am not only able to provide clients with a scientific diet and exercise program, but also an exciting and motivating training experience.

 

I have spent the last two years in the fitness industry working with a variety of clients from first time exercisers to professional sportsmen.

 

I am keen for everyone to lead an active, healthy lifestyle and I get a huge satisfaction from helping people identify, peruse and achieve their goals. My aim is to ensure lifelong health, fitness and general wellbeing through prescribing uniquely tailored and fun programs to each client .
