I may ask you to maintain a food diary over an agreed period of time to gain an insight of your current diet. This diary is then analysed and discussed. I will then provide simple guidelines to suit you and your lifestyle.
The human body requires energy to maintain life and health. It must have the means to grow from childhood through to adulthood, and to repair itself on a daily basis through life. In order to achieve this oxygen, food and water is required.
Nutrition is simply about giving your body the right nutrients it needs in order to achieve optimum levels of physical performance and mental health. Combining good nutrition with a planned exercise program will undoubtedly quicken you to your overall goal.

Nowadays people are beginning to understand that there is a direct relationship between what they eat, their health and general well being. How you feel and the mood you are in be it happy or low, energetic or sluggish can depend on what you eat.
