
Fantastic! Having not long ago given birth to my second child I was desperate to get my body back in to shape.
I never really thought having a Personal Trainer would have been an option for me as at the time I was very conscious of my body and how it looked, although in the consultation with Ramsay I felt totally at ease as he seemed to understand exactly how I felt and what I wanted to achieve.
From start to finish I found Ramsay to be very professional in his work. The initial fitness test gave Ramsay an indication of what I was capable of, so instead of being thrown into the deep end I was progressively eased into the training.
The training itself can be tough at times and you really do work up a sweat, although the exercises were varied and constructed in a way that it never became tedious or repetitive. I found the workouts both challenging and an accomplishment to complete.
I was also provided with a nutritional meal plan that stopped food cravens and kerbed my bad eating habits. By sticking to the meal plan and doing the training the weight simply fell off me. Better still my body was also toned. I found the meal plan and training also gave me bags more energy and I genuinely felt and looked that much better.
In 8 weeks of training with Ramsay I lost 18lbs and dropped 2 dress sizes. Not only have I got my body back to how it was but I’ve also got my confidence back too!

For the last year Ramsay has been helping me with Bodybuilding and weight gaining programs. After initially joining a Gym and working out there for a few months I felt I needed some guidance and sought the help of Ramsay; someone who seemed approachable, professional and looked himself to be in good shape. I felt that he was the right guy to coach, guide and assist me in reaching my new goals.
Ramsay has worked with me in this time and keeping regular contact with myself and never seeming too busy to answer any question. He initially assessed where I physically was and then listened to what I wanted to achieve. He has over time challenged me with new exercises, increasing their technical difficulty and raised the bar for me to further my goals and push myself. We have had great training sessions together where he has always been able to push me to my limit and get the best results, squeezing every last bit of energy from my muscles.
Initially weighing only 69KG Ramsay has provided me with meal plans, given me Bodybuilding tips, recommended reading and through regular sessions where we sometimes worked out together while I did my programs, I now weigh 82KG and am aiming for my next target.
