Initial consultation
This provides you, the client; the chance to meet your personal trainer before taking part in any sessions. It also gives me information about the client and enables me to gather this information into my program design.

 

Training session
Session will be fun, motivational, and functional; will provide a balanced workout while still being challenging. Session will last 60 minutes which will involve a warm up, main session and cool down.
